Mencoder (with x264 Pathced) is not working!!

I am so sorry that the binaries mecoder (with x264 patched) is not working.
I just found it wasn't a static version of the binaries.
I am solving the problem, now.
But something strange just happened after I upgraded XCode to 2.4.
The compilling works of mencoder was always error and error.
It seems that I have to reinstall Tiger and XCode again. :-(
Please keep eyes with us!! The latest mencoder with patch will update recently!!

How did I know my muxing work was completed??

Initially, you could find that your Display Output Path was blank.
And there were a rotation color ball, too.
After muxing works were finished, you will find that the "Display Output Path" shows the pmp file where it was!!
It meant the muxing works finished.

Workflow for PMP_AVC movies encoding!!

There are four buttons in the PEnGUIn(Encoder).
It can produce four kinds of media materials, y4m, h264, Divx and mp3.
The steps for making PMP_AVC movies:
Step 1.
Source.mov --> out.y4m --> out.264

Step 2.
Source.mov --> out.mp3

Step 3.
out.264 + out.mp3 --> PEnGUIn(Muxer) --> AVC_MUXER --> Output.pmp

NOTE:
1. The *.y4m file is ten times large to DVD-Video. Keep in mind of having enough usage volume in the disk drive.
2. It costs a lot of time for encoding H264 movie. For initial trial, recomend to use the movie less than 5 miniutes in duration.

First time of launching PEnGUIn(Encoder)

Because of PEnGUIn(Encoder) is a frontend for Mplayer, Mencoder and x264, it means that users have to set preferences before pressing any button of the software interface.
Everyone can take above picture for reference, just use button to figure out where the binaries are.

PEnGUIn ToolKit 1.0a Released!!

Hello everyone, I know some people would like to have a tool for encoding pmp or pmp_avc on the Mac.
The one PEnGUIn (PMP Encoder Software) was released finally.
It's a easy, small software. And there are two parts PEnGUIn(Encoder) and PEnGUIn(Muxer) included.
PEnGUIn(Encoder) is a frontend program for mplayer, mencoder and x264(modified for compatible with pmp_avc_muxer).
It means that you still need to download these binaries for mac seperately.
And the other, thanks for Jonny's efforts, according to his souce codes of Perl Modules and then I can produce PEnGUI(Muxer).
About PEnGUI(Muxer), I just make a Cocoa GUI based on Perl Modules of Jonny.
