PEnGUIn Encoder M4V 0.98b3 was Released

It seems to be that MP4Box doesn't work well in previous release. The newer 0.98b3 came with the newly build MP4Box and modified CRF value. Wish this one could be better >_<

Please get the file from download section of right side.
