After some struggling, the 0.3a fixed AAC audio can be played normally in QT player.
Mild GUI adjustment, but fps and scale are not working now.
Mencoder, x264, AAC & MP4Box are compiled in PPC and Intel separately.
Owing to only have G4 Mac, I just tested PPC binary codes.
Still muxed VIDEO/AUDIO files only can be played by VLC.

Hello..Please download PEnGUIn Encoder MP4 0.7. This is the newer version. And there is no longer need to download binaries separately. Thanks!!
