About the way how to send private message to certain user, the way is easy and it is divided two steps.
First step: Please click the user's name to enter his public profile page.
Second step: In the public profile page, just press the right-bottom button to enter the editing page.
After sending the text, the message will be restricted only to the user in above public profile page.
