The two versions are both add an new option in preferences. If the option "exoprt pmp only" or "export mp4 only" is checked. PEnGUIn Encoder will delete _vid & _aud files automatically after encoding tasks are done.
Please get the newer version from the downloads link of the right-side column.

Amazing 8 cores Mac Pro.You can also try cpu counts in 4 might help to speed up more. It seems that I should add cpu counts in 8 in next version. By the way, you can set cpu counts in preferences. Thanks!!
